In order to maintain the safety and comfort of all our guests, each person staying at the hotel is required to present a valid form of identification. All staying guests must be registered at the front desk.
To ensure clarity and smooth compliance, please review the outlined policy points below:
- Guest Registration & Occupancy: All guests must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport, national ID card, or driver’s license, upon check-in. The maximum occupancy of each room depends on the room type. In some cases, an extra bed may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge. All staying guests must be properly registered with the front desk.
- Visitor Registration: Unregistered visitors are not permitted to enter guest rooms unless they present valid identification at the front desk and are registered accordingly. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of all our guests.
- Unauthorized Room Access: If the hotel discovers an unregistered guest in a room, the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or ask the unregistered guest to leave if the registered guest does not come forward to properly register them as required by hotel policy.
- Age-Related Restrictions: The hotel reserves the right to deny access to visitors if the registered guest is under the age of 18 and was not originally checked in with the visitor. Changes to the list of registered guests may incur an additional charge based on the hotel’s occupancy policy.
- Liability Waiver: The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of valuables resulting from individuals brought into the premises by registered guests.
- Right to Refuse Entry: The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor who causes, or is likely to cause, disturbance or inconvenience to other guests, or who violates the hotel’s policies.
